Since Seedance 2.5, anything you can imagine visually can be realised — without restrictions. For German-language productions, I do recommend re-recording the dialogue in post, as the models aren't yet optimised for German speech.

At broadcast quality, one second of AI video costs around €1 to render. Reaching the desired result takes several rounds, though — in professional productions, one minute of film can come to €500–800. Those are the render costs; creative work comes on top.

One minute of AI video takes me around four days, including art and creative direction. Narrative films with a lot of character interaction take a little longer; image films or pieces with little character interaction can sometimes be finished in three working days.

Clients receive an animated storyboard in 480p that largely matches the final film in art direction and camera work. At this stage the creative can be reshaped flexibly. After picture lock, exactly the same shots are rendered in 1080p or 4K.

AI video blends seamlessly with live-action footage. Backgrounds can be replaced, and so can props and costumes. An existing edit can be extended with additional shots — and with Seedance 2.5, even lighting and colour grade can be changed.
